U23s prepare for Estonia test

The Republic of Ireland Under-23s arrived in Tallinn today ahead of Tuesday’s International Challenge Trophy match against Estonia.

There are five changes to the squad originally named by manager Paul Doolin, with five of the original squad have been ruled out through injury. Stephen O’Donnell (knee), Ronan Finn (groin), Karl Sheppard (foot), Jake Kelly (hamstring) and Darren Quigley (ankle) are all ruled out and have been replaced in the squad by Paul Skinner (Drogheda United), Paul Corry (UCD), Ross Gaynor (Dundalk) David McMillan (UCD) and Shane Duggan (Cork City Foras Co-op).

Ireland face Estonia on Tuesday evening (kick-off 7pm Irish time) knowing that they must win in order to keep alive their hopes of progressing to the semi finals of the International Challenge Trophy.
